Can Handwork Be Therapeutic?

July 27, 2026 For many, many years I only made quilts entirely by hand. I hand pieced the patchwork and hand quilted in a large floor frame or a smaller lap hoop if it was a small project. It wasn't until Covid hit that I decided to tackle my first machine pieced quilt and have never looked back.
